Things I do/did in free time:
Two years ago I started running. At the beginning I can only run 2 miles per day. Now I extended my daily running routes to 5 miles. I love running. Running make me feel good about myself, help me relieve stress and increase productivity. Running, like all sports, builds discipline and self-esteem. On top of all that, it is also good for the body.
I am a member of New York Road Runners (NYRR). I have completed two half-marathons and Running in half-marathons have helped me build up my endurance, persistence and self-motivation Simple Arborists Talent OR

NYC is very congested with cars. Not just traffic (don't move at all), finding a parking space is another big problem. Therefore I started biking to wherever I go. The bike has become my major transportation vehicles.
In the senior year in the University at Albany, a friend of mine took me to the swimming pool. From that day on, I started liking swimming. I had been watching YouTube videos and people swimming around me; learned from their body movement. With few practices and swallow couple litters of pool water, I finally learned swimming. Currently I am still adjusting my pose, learning a new style and trying to be a better swimmer.
Basketball is a team sport. I started in middle school. I still play at least once a week. I enjoy playing in a team, coordinate with teammates and compete with others. There are a lot of strategy and instinct involved. It is fun and I enjoy playing.
